How to pay for the bridal trail?
A contract is not necessary for trial sessions. A $40 deposit is required to book online . Please refer to our booking page to reserve your trail date. You can always contact Stella to pay using cash or via electronic transfer on the day of the trial. Bridal trail is only available on weekdays after 5 pm . You can contact Stella for other time/date because it might be an opening in the weekend.
How to secure your booking?
When returning the bridal contract to Stella, the 50% deposit is due by e-transfer. The deadline for this is thirty days prior to the wedding day. Because things can get quite busy for you as the wedding date approaches, we strongly advise that you complete the contract and have the deposit ready as soon as possible. As of 48 hours before the wedding, all payments must be made.
What is your cancellation policy?
Client shall only be liable for the deposit payment in the event that Client terminates the agreement more than 30 days prior to the event date. Email cancellation requests should be made to info@stellalabeaute.ca. It is necessary to receive confirmation of the Company’s cancellation notification. Clients are obligated to pay the full balance owing if they fail to email us to cancel before the event date or do so less than 30 days before the event.
How long does it take for your color services?
Everything is based on the thickness and length of your hair. 1-3 hours of services are possible.
How long does it take for both hair and makeup for each person on wedding day?
For the bride: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Before doing makeup for the wedding, Stella goes above and above to prepare the skin to ensure you look your best. Your eyes may need a short facial or eye mask to refresh them. Customers who have used Stella’s services frequently comment, “I haven’t seen someone prepare my skin so beautifully like you.” For all other services, allow one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes.
How long does it take for each person on wedding day ?
